I'm a dietitian with six years of formal education, and years ago, I lost 65 pounds through strict diets and intense exercise, only to regain it all because my relationship with food was broken. I battled binge eating and self-doubt, feeling like nothing worked. Everything changed when I focused on balance. By allowing myself to enjoy food without fear, I lost 30 pounds and, more importantly, have kept it off for over a year.

I know how scary it can be to navigate weight loss alone. I've been in a bigger body and felt the frustration firsthand. But you don’t have to do it alone.
